JADERhone will gladly accept returns for an exchange or store credit for any items purchased from our webshop, unless said product has been personalised. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds of any kind. We are more than happy to work with you before you place your order to make sure that the right choice is made.
Our policy is to allow 7 days for you to contact us and notify us of your plan to exchange your product. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was made unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange or store credit, except in certain circumstances. Please contact us for further details.
To be eligible for an exchange due to the above conditions, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Products will be inspected once received and you will be notified of any issues or rejections we come across.
All Returns and Exchanges must be approved beforehand. Once we have approved your return, we will send you further instructions. After your Return is processed, you will be issued a credit for the retail price of the item or an exchange will be sent out in its place.
Please note: To return your product we recommend that use a trackable delivery service as JADERhone cannot assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to JADERhone. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item if this service is not used. The customer assumes both the return shipping cost to JADERhone and the replacement item shipping cost, unless the item is found to be defective, in which case we will gladly cover these costs.
