Where are your products made?

We are very proud to say that all of our products are designed & fully handcrafted right here in London, UK.

 

My product has imperfections. Can I get a refund or exchange?

With leather being a natural material, slight blemishes and imperfections are to be expected, we operate a no wastage policy when crafting our products, whilst we try our best to avoid it any scarring or imperfections of the leather may well appear on the product, making them all the more unique and special. In our opinion these imperfections are part of the beauty and help to give products an individual character. Our leathers are carefully selected for their natural properties and you should expect them to organically get darker over time, each piece will develop a unique patina dependant on the usage and exposure to the elements.

If you feel that there is a more serious fault with your product please contact us via email and provide photographic evidence of the said fault and we will advise you of our return procedure.

 

Can i request a custom order?

JADERhone is more than happy to accommodate custom orders, whether it's crafting one-of-a-kind products or customising  products, if you have a custom project in mind, big or small, please do get in touch. This includes a name personalisation service with hand letter stamping or a laser engraving service for a small extra charge, please feel free to contact info@jaderohne.co.uk for more details on this.

 

Will I need to pay customs duty on my product?

Every country has different rules, so we would advise that you contact your local postal service to find out more about the duty cost in your country. Under no circumstances will we be held accountable for covering these costs should they occur.
